What to Know Before Your Appointment

When You Arrive

You’ll be warmly greeted by our front desk team, who will get you checked in and settled.
Enjoy a moment to yourself, our space is designed to feel light, coastal, and calm.

Parking: is located around the North, East & West sides of the building however we can be found on the east side of the plaza

Sip & Settle In

We offer a rotating selection of complimentary beverages including:

  • Hot + iced coffee

  • Herbal teas

  • Celsius energy drinks

    Kick back, enjoy a drink, and let us take care of the rest.

What to Wear

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, especially for longer appointments.
If you’re receiving color services, avoid high necklines or delicate fabrics. We do our best to be careful, but color can transfer. (We also have robes you can change into if you do happen to wear a high collard shirt)

We love celebrating your hair transformation. With your permission, your stylist may take before and after photos to use for inspiration on our social media.

Salon Environment

To maintain a calm and safe experience for all guests, we ask that children under 14 not accompany you to your appointment unless they’re receiving a service, and a parent is present during the service. **If a child is brought and we’re unable to proceed, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Time Policies

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We totally understand that life happens. We just ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment.

  • Changes with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged $100 or 50% of the scheduled service (whichever is greater).

  • Same-day cancellations, cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time, or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service.

Running Late?
Please text or call if you’re running behind.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a $20 fee may apply, and your service may need to be shortened to stay on schedule.

Payments & Gift Cards

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and cash. We also offer gift cards for purchase for services and retail.

Hybrid Salon
