Through ongoing coaching, education and a collaborative approach to scheduling and pricing, you’ll have the support and freedom to build the career and become the stylist you’ve always envisioned.
COMMISSION STYLIST
Enjoy the freedom and autonomy of running your own business within a high end, supportive salon environment. You’ll have optional access to guest coordinator assistance with scheduling and client care, along with brand support and business mentoring, so you can remain independent without having to do everything alone.
Full-time residency begins at $1,150 per month and includes unlimited salon access. Part-time residency begins at $700 per month and includes up to three days per week.

Be part of the heart of the Sand Bar guest experience in an employee-based role designed for someone who thrives in hospitality, organization and connection. Our guest coordinators support both clients and stylists through thoughtful communication, seamless scheduling and elevated service, while receiving hands-on training, clear expectations and opportunities to grow within the company.

Our Guest Coordinators handle re-booking, checkout, client communication, and in-salon hospitality like serving drinks, options from our comfort menu and more, so you can stay focused on the hair. They also help with your amenities like laundry and follow-up care. Every detail is covered with one standard: always above and beyond.
Seamless Booking With Mango Mint
We use MangoMint, a premium booking system that keeps your schedule organized, your clients informed, and your day running smoothly. It's free for our stylists, offers the ability for you to text your clients from a business number, and is integrated with our front desk so you never waste time on tech or scheduling headaches. -
